RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon the results of this Investigation, AGE recommends <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring The next quarterly monitoring and sampling <br /> event is tentatively scheduled for-August 2000 , <br /> I • A Remedial Action Work Plan(RAP), dated 07 July 2000, was approved by the PHS-EHD <br /> by letter dated 14 July 2000 Therefore preparation of a cost estimate for the scope of work <br />' outlined in the RAP is warranted at this time for UST Cleanup preapproval <br /> • Preparation of work plan to abandon ground water extraction well EW-1, AGE suspects that <br /> EW-1 is a vertical conduit to deeper depth ground water and there are no fixture plans to <br /> utilize EW-1 for site characterization or site remediation <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon <br /> analytical results provided by an Independent laboratory and a well casing elevation survey <br /> performed by an independent sub contractor Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic conditions <br /> at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of available data <br /> points (i a monitoring well ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from <br /> these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional <br /> recommendations contained in this report <br />' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
