RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon the results of this investigation, AGE recommends <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring The next quarterly monitoring and sampling <br /> g <br /> is tentatively scheduled for 15 June 1999 <br /> 1 • Commencement of a feasibility pilot test upon pre-approval from the UST Cleanup Fund <br /> The feasibility pilot test should consist of a ground water pump test, a soil vapor extraction <br />' pilot test and an in-situ air sparge pilot test <br /> • ` Commencement of additional ground water monitoring well installation southwest of well <br />' MW-6 upon pre-approval from the UST Cleanup Fund Installation of the additional well <br /> should be performed during performance of the feasibility pilot test <br />' 6 0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon <br /> analytical results provided by an independent laboratory and a well casing elevation survey <br /> performed by an independent sub contractor Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic conditions <br /> at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of available data <br /> points (I a monitoring well ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from <br /> these data points No other warranty, expressed or Implied, is made as to the professional <br /> recommendations contained in this report <br /> Adtianced GeoEmzronmental,Inc <br />
