The groundwater beneath the site has been impacted and heavy
gasoline and BTEX contamination were detected in the groundwater
l samples from MW-1 and MW--2 . Lesser concentrations of gasoline and
BTEX were detected in the sample from MW-3 . All the wells had
actionable levels of TPHG and BTEX.
The concentrations of TPHG and BTEX, found in the analysis of
groundwater samples collected and analyzed from these wells, have
decreased slightly over the past four quarters the concentrations
of these contaminants.
JPCA recommends continued monitoring of the wells for another
quarter to further evaluate the amount of contamination and
consistency of the gradient.
This report has been prepared specifically for Mr. Paul Wnuk, of
SIERRA LUMBER COMPANY, with specific application to a hazardous
waste investigation.
