L
SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The calculated gradient is S740E or 1640 at 0. 009 ft/ft. The
direction and slope maybe influenced by the ponded surface water
(accumulated rain) in the new concrete apron excavation.
The groundwater beneath the site has been impacted and heavy
gasoline and BTEX contamination were detected in the groundwater
samples from MW-1 and MW--2. Lesser concentrations of gasoline and
BTEX was detected in the sample from MW-3 . All the wells had
actionable levels of TPHG and BTEX.
The concentrations of TPHG and BTEX are similar to the
concentrations of these contaminants found in the prior analysis of
groundwater samples collected and analyzed from these wells.
This report has been prepared specifically for Mr. Paul Wnuk, of
SIERRA LUMBER COMPANY, with specific application to a hazardous
waste investigation.
