SITE SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> 1. INTRODUCTION <br /> This document describes the health and safety procedures for the <br /> activities planned in performing an Environmental Investigation <br /> caused by the Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal at 375 W. <br /> Hazelton Avenue Stockton California 95206. All personnel and <br /> subcontractors will follow this plan. The prime responsibility for <br /> employee safety lies with each company that is involved in the work <br /> for it's own employees. It as expressly intended that all project <br /> work will comply with applicable sections of the California <br /> Occupational Health and Safety code. All parties working on this <br /> project will maintain a general responsibility to identify and <br /> correct any health and safety hazards and are responsible for <br /> working in a safe manner.
