ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation - Soil Boring <br /> 235 Scotts Avenue, Stockton, California, 95203 <br /> rr rr c— APN: 147-110-19 <br /> cb property owner or authorized representative of parcel 147-110-19, <br /> do hereby grant permission to Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) on behalf of <br /> Sierra Lumber Manufacturers, to advance one (1) soil boring under San Joaquin County <br /> permit at 235 Scotts Avenue, Stockton, California. The site under investigation is located <br /> directly to the west, at 375 West Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California. The proposed <br /> work is being performed under a directive by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. The scope of work will include the following: <br /> • Advancement of one (1), 8-inch diameter soil boring to a total depth of 100 feet <br /> below surface grade (bsg). The proposed soil boring will be advanced using a truck <br /> mounted drilling rig. The soil boring will be utilized for collection of deep <br /> groundwater samples at depths of 75 feet bsg and 100 feet bsg. The groundwater <br /> samples will be used to investigate a leaking underground storage tank previously <br /> installed at 375 West Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> • Upon completion of soil boring and collection of groundwater samples, the proposed <br /> soil boring will be destroyed by backfilling with portland cement and the surface will <br /> be returned to the original condition. <br /> All costs for performance of the above subsurface investigation will be the sole <br /> responsibility of Sierra Lumber Manufacturers, property owner(s) of 375 West Hazelton <br /> Avenue, Stockton, California. Sierra Lumber Manufacturers will also be solely responsible <br /> for all costs and expenses for investigations associated with contamination from the <br /> previous leaking underground storage tank located at 375 West Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. Additionally, all work performed at 235 Scotts Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California shall be conducted under San Joaquin County permit and in accordance with all <br /> local regulations. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation or testing performed at 235 Scotts <br /> Avenue, Stockton, California shall be forwarded to San Joaquin Lumber on behalf of Sierra <br /> Lumber Manufacturers. <br /> AGE will provide at least 1 weeks time notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which <br /> shal <br /> lbeconducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> 04�' ca ' "A. , 1 - 2-1 - /,5 <br /> Authorized Representative, San Joaquin Lumber Date: <br /> 235 Scotts Avenue <br /> Stockton, California, 95203 <br />
