Hazelton Ave., Stockton
Hi Tim, Cast, 1
Thanks for providing the RTO.There is a discrepancy between property owners in our records and what is on the RTO.
We have Eger Properties as the property ownerfor APN 14712003,which is also the same parcel on record for 375 W.
Hazelton Ave. Case#2.
May you please clarify the property ownership situation for both Case#1 and Case#2? Also may you please email me a
copy of the MFR form for Case#2?There was a permit issued in February 2015 for two soil borings, which were both
advanced and destroyed in March 2015. MFRs are usually required for permit issuance. However, I cannot locate the
MFR form in our file.
Thank you,
Gabriel
From: Tim Cuellar [mailto:tcuellar(&advgeoenv.com]
Sent: Friday, May 01, 2015 8:22 AM
To: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH]
Subject: Sierra Lumber Case #1, 375 W. Hazelton Ave., Stockton
Hi Gabriel,
Masonite Inc. own the property at 375 W. Hazelton Ave.; they are the only property
owner's.
I forwarded the Record Fee Title Owner Form to their corporate, and one of the officer's
(Jim Rabe) signed the form. He did not however sign as the `Sole Owner' (#2), he
signed the #1 area where it lists multiple owners.
Will this suffice or do I need to have him sign the #2 area?
1
