The second unit dwelling snall conform with <br /> all the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> County that are applicable to residential units in the zone <br /> in which the property is located ; <br /> ( i ) Requirements for Mobilehomes. If the second unit dwelling <br /> is a mobilehome , the following additional requirements shall <br /> apply : <br /> ( 1 ) Additions . No permanent room additions shall be <br /> allowed , but patio covers constructed of the same <br /> materials as the mobilehome shall be permitted ; <br /> ( 2 ) Skirting . Skirting constructed of the same materials <br /> as the mobilehome shall be installed ; <br /> ( 3 ) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be <br /> effective for not more than three ( 3 ) years . <br /> Applications for renewal shall follow the same <br /> procedures , be subject to the same requirements , and <br /> pay the same fees as a new application for a Second <br /> Unit Dwelling Permit; <br /> (4 ) Construction Standards . The mobilehome shall be <br /> constructed to meet the minimum standards of the <br /> National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety <br /> Act of 1974 . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1 . Obtain a mobilehome installation permit. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system( s ) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of develcpment. <br /> 2 . The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows : The <br /> well serving the property is going to be used for <br /> domestic purposes will required disconnecting piping <br /> used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3 . The existing private water wells shall be tested for <br /> the chemical Dibromochloropropane ( DBCP) prior to final <br /> for building permit . <br />
