The soil testing was <br /> performed under order from Te State Regional Water Quality Control Board, and <br /> supervised by the San Joaquin County Department of Health Services. <br /> Holly would like to begin removal and remediation of the contaminated soils, and <br /> is providing the following information in accordance with the District's "Limited <br /> Aeration" Rule 4651 section 5.2: <br /> Lab sheets showing the level of contamination in the soil between 900 and i <br /> 1200 ppm (tested using EPA methods 8020 and 8015 per the LUFT manual). <br /> A map showing the former tank sites and the remediation site. <br /> 1 <br /> Information requested in Rule 4651 5.2.1 .4. <br /> A sampling and remediation plan to assure compliance with Rule 4651 6.2. <br /> There are two tank sites at the Holly facility (refer to map-Site A and B). Only Site <br /> A has been tested to date. Site B will be tested at the end of the Spring beet <br /> processing campaign, and any additional contaminated soils will be included in <br /> the remediation project.
