The-plan is 'a proposal to excavate.the"soil which has been 4 <br /> contaminated. due to unauthorized releases from the UST-which was located on the <br /> property. <br /> EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with California <br /> Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California.Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public.review at EHD, 600 E. Main Street, <br /> Stockton, during normal-working hours, 8:00 a.m. ,- 5:00 p.m. The removal and <br /> treatment of the contaminated soil is scheduled for December 2010. <br /> i <br />
