No one had any knowledge of the <br /> tank's existence prior to discovery. Someone dipped the tank, and I was told it was empty (bone dry). I checked .. <br /> it again myself, and it seemed to only contain a small amount of water. To verify the tank only held water, I had a <br /> wipe sample taken for a fuel fingerprint. I opened up the email with the lab results on 411109; the lab results <br /> indicated there was a low concentration of motor oil in the tank. l called you on 411109 to notify you about finding <br /> a tank, and that the preliminary results showed motor oil, but that the lab report I had received was incomplete as <br /> it didn't list all the fuel results I had requested.
