Enclosed for your approval is an <br /> Application for Well/Pump Permit and a check for$89.00,as required by the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD). <br /> As outlined in their letter dated February 25, 1998 (enclosed),the UST Cleanup Fund has pre- i <br /> approved the installation of two 70-f6ot groundwater monitoring'wells,three quarters of groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling.and the.preparation ofa Problem Assessment Report and Corrective Action <br /> Plan (PAR/CAP), with the associated design and permitting. <br /> The installation of the two new wells is tentatively scheduled for April 27 and 28, 1998. To coincide <br /> with the existing quarterly monitoring schedule,the newly installed wells and the two deep vapor <br /> extraction wells(VW-1 D and VW-2D) will be sampled during the first half of May 1998.
