This letter pre-approves the costs as presented in the proposal dated February 11, 1998 by Ramage Environmental for conducting the work approved by the County for implementingthelDecember 17, 1997,Ramage Environmental workplan. All future costs for corrective action must be approved in"writing by Fund staff.
