• iced cooler for transport under chain-of-custody documentation to American Environmental <br /> Network (AEN), a state of California certified analytical laboratory (#1172) The laboratory <br /> analyzed both groundwater samples for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH)-as-gasoline, <br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX) and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) by <br /> modified EPA Method 8015/8020 The laboratory reports and chain-of-custody documents are <br /> included as Appendix A <br /> Analytical results of the groundwater samples indicate that dissolved concentrations of gasoline <br /> hydrocarbons continue to exist in groundwater beneath the site Groundwater sampled from <br /> VW-2 contained 1,300 parts per billion (ppb) of TPH-as-gasoline, 120 ppb of benzene and 650 <br /> ppb of MTBE Groundwater sampled from VW-1 contained 110 ppb of TPH-as-gasoline, 0 9 <br /> ppb of benzene and 30 ppb of MTBE The current and historical analytical results are <br /> summarized in Table 2 <br /> 3 <br />
