As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> The Business Activities and Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted for 2018, 2019, <br /> and 2020. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory has not been submitted for 2018, 2019, and 2020, and two 55 gallon drums of <br /> motor oil were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable <br /> quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for hydraulic oil and fertilizer were not accurate. The maximum amount <br /> of hydraulic was reported as 50 gallon vs. 110 and the maximum amount of fertilizer was reported as 2,000 pounds <br /> vs. the 28,000 pounds observed at the time of inspection. This information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan.
