Description of sample and containers) <br /> 7. Name and signature of persons, and the companies or <br /> agencies they represent, who are involved in the <br /> chain of possession <br /> ' 8. Inclusive dates and times of possession <br /> 9. Requested analysis for each sample <br /> ' 5.3 Delivery of Samples to Laboratory <br /> Samples will be delivered to the laboratory on a daily <br /> ' basis. Samples will be refrigerated to approximately VC <br /> for shipping. Shipping containers will be sealed with <br /> security tape to assure sample integrity during shipping. <br /> Delivered samples will be accompanied by a chain-of-custody <br /> ' record. The laboratory shall note on the chain-of-custody <br /> that samples were properly preserved and security tape was <br /> intact upon arrival. <br /> ' 6.0 Sampling and Drilling Equipment Decontamination <br /> All equipment used for drilling and sampling will be <br /> decontaminated prior to use. All equipment used for <br /> collection of more than one sample, such as bailers and <br /> spoons, will be decontaminated between each use to prevent <br /> cross contamination between samples.
