r
f.
I
Kiff analyzed the groundwater samples for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH -as- asoline
,
benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX) and methyl-tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE) by EPA
Methods 8015M and 8020. The laboratory reports and chain-of-custody documents are included
f. as Appendix A.
IIh Analytical results of the groundwater samples indicate that dissolved concentrations of gasoline
hydrocarbons continue to exist in groundwater beneath the site. Groundwater sampled from
VW-2 contained 440 parts per billion (ppb) of TPH-as-gasoline, 1 ppb of toluene, 52 ppb of
ethylbenzene and 530 ppb of MTBE. Groundwater sampled from VW-1 contained 200 ppb of
TPH-as-gasoline and 7.5 ppb of MTBE. Groundwater sampled from MW-6 and MW-7 did not
L9 contain detectable concentrations of TPH-as-gasoline, BTEX or MTBE. The current and
historical analytical results are summarized in Table 2.
 F
t.
LIZ
f
I
5
E
T
h
