20 December 2019 AdvancedGeo
AGE Project No. 10-1768 Environmental
Facility parking of hauling trucks and trailers and employee or visitor vehicles are
designated by Facility Management. Fueling operations are conducted solely at the
designated loading/unloading area of the AST area south of the fuel island. Maintenance,
repair and paint operations occur solely within designated Facility buildings.
Approximately 80 percent of the Facility's ground surface area is paved with concrete or
asphalt or has structure roof cover. The remainder consists of compacted gravel, grass
and low-lying vegetation.
The Facility location map is included as Figure 1. Site diagrams including the location of
oil containers, building locations, oil changing bays and critical spill control structures are
depicted in Figures 2 through 4. As required under 40 CFR 112.7(a)(3), the Facility
diagram indicates the location and content of ASTs, transfer stations and connecting
piping, where appropriate.
3.5.3. Distance to Navigable Waters and Adjoining Shorelines and Flow Paths
The Facility is located on relatively level terrain. Surface drainage generally flows toward
drain inlets which direct surface water to the storage basin to the east. The nearest
navigable water or adjoining shoreline is Bear Creek, south of the Facility. Spill
trajectories are indicated on Figure 2. Storm drains are located onsite and direct surface
sheet flow to the retention pond.
3.5.4. Discharge History
The Facility has not had any discharges since the last revision of this SPCCP. Table 4
summarizes the Facility's discharge history.
3.5.5. Material Stored at this Facility — 112.7(a)(3)(i)
Oil storage at the Facility consists of twelve (12) aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) and
various 55-gallon drums containing petroleum product and various waste. Facility
containers are summarized below and included in Table 3.
