In addition, <br /> provide evidence that the post treatment waste is non-hazardous per the waste analysis plan. The post treatment <br /> sample should be taken downstream of the treatment system before it is diluted with other waste streams to ensure <br /> that the treatment process is adequate. Test results received by the EHD must be by an ELAP certified lab. Follow <br /> proper hazardous waste toxicity testing procedures outlined in California Code of Regulations 66261.24, <br /> Characteristics of Toxicity. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the EHD within <br /> 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report on January 29, 2020, which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 28, 2020. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
