ASSOCIATESCV2 <br /> I N C . <br /> Off-site Well Samplins <br /> A well located at the northeast corner of the State Hospital located on Harding Way will be <br /> sampled by ATC personnel. This well, approximately 800 feet west of the site is the closest water <br /> well. The well will be sampled pending an access agreement with the owner of the well. <br /> Sample Analysis <br /> All soil and groundwater samples from the soil borings will be immediately placed in a cooler with <br /> ice and delivered under chain-of-custody documentation to a State-certified analytical laboratory. <br /> Soil and groundwater samples will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) by EPA Methods 8015m/8020, and <br /> oxygenate fuel additives by EPA method 8260. <br /> Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of the investigative activities, a summary report will be prepared for submittal to <br /> the EHD and Regional Water Quality Control Board. The report will include a description of all <br /> field activities, laboratory analytical results, and well/boring logs. <br /> All work described in this workplan will be performed under the direction of a California <br /> Registered Professional Engineer. All work will be performed in accordance with ATC's Site <br /> Safety Plan (SSP) and Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plan already on file with PHS/EHD for <br /> this site. <br /> Proiected Schedule <br /> Once approval of this workplan has been received, ATC will confirm a schedule for drilling <br /> activities. ATC will notify EHD at least 48 hours prior to beginning any field activities.
