ATC SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> As a minimum Level D protection is required on all ATC worksites. Level D includes: <br /> ✓ Steel toed boots <br /> ✓ Safety Glasses <br /> ✓ Hard Hat <br /> For each task on this project, identify additional protective garments as required, include the <br /> conditions under which the level of PPE would be modified for each task. <br /> Task(s) Condition Personnel Garment(s) <br /> Working Near Vehicle Orange Vests <br /> 1 X20 ppm for 5 minutes 1/2 Face Respirator <br /> 1 X200 ppm for 5 minutes Evacuate Site Full Face Respirator <br /> I <br /> SITE CONTROL AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> The buddy system must be used on all ATC hazardous waste sites. <br /> Site will be secured as follows: Fencing will be used when possible. <br /> Work Zones will be marked as follows:Orange cones or barricades and caution tape will be used to <br /> mark off work zone where traffic is present. <br /> MARK WORK ZONES ON SITE MAP O CHECK WHEN DONE. <br /> PAGE 10 <br />
