Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton
Mr. Keith M. Casto, Esq.
Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel , Inc.
12 September 1990
Page 3
DBCP was not detected in any of the soil samples analyzed. The method
detection limit was 0.05 ug/Kg (parts per billion) . Laboratory data sheets
are included as Attachment B to this report.
FINDINGS
DBCP was not detected in any of the nine samples analyzed. The sample
locations were randomly selected based on a sampling grid. The sample depths
were selected to be representative of the depth to which DBCP, if applied as a
nematocide, may have migrated. The absence of DBCP appears to be consistent
with the reports that DBCP was not used at the site.
Thank you for providing us with this opportunity to be of assistance to Hoge,
Fenton, Jones & Appel , Inc. If we may be of future assistance to you, or if
you have any questions regarding this report, please call us at your earliest
convenience.
Very truly yours,
KENNN/NEDY/JENKS/CHILTON
Dennis B.
