Harlan Road ` <br /> Lathrop, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHSIEHD) has reviewed the "Fourth Quarter Groundwater Monitoring Report" <br /> i <br /> dated January 29, 2001, prepared by Avalon Environmental Consultants for the <br /> above referenced site. <br /> The report recommends further groundwater monitoring. As required by <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 2 , Division 3, Chapter 16Section 2652 (d) <br /> quarterly reports are to be submitted to PHSIEHD and the Central Valley <br />( Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and <br /> I <br /> the cleanup of the site are complete, Quarterly sampling of the monitoring wells <br /> and analysis of the groundwater samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons and <br /> aromatic volatile organics and oxygenates must continue and the results <br /> included in the quarterly report. <br /> A report on the Geoprobe work that was performed in January 2001 has not <br /> been submitted to PHSIEHD.
