Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110. 3 <br /> & 9-1110. 4) . <br /> 2 . Refuse, garbage and other solid wasted material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 3 . Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1,999. 00 per single family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304, R-92-1025) . <br /> 2 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on a permanent foundation <br /> or 15% at the time of renewal for $354.83 per additional family <br /> dwelling unit. If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on January <br /> 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 <br /> percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on July 30, 1996. Renewal will require <br /> a new application with a new fee. The new address for the <br /> second unit dwelling is 5970 East State Route Hwy 26, Stockton <br /> CA 95215. <br />
