Q <br /> ALON <br /> EONMENTAL <br /> CONSULTANTS <br /> NORTH TUSTIN AVENUE • SUTTE 213 •TUSTIN CALIFORNIA 92780 901 SHOREPOINT COURT • SUITE F 121 •ALAMFDA CALIFORNIA 94501 <br /> (714)836.6632 • FAx (714)836-6642 TEL (510)521 2441 • FAx (510)521-2607 <br /> January 10, 2000 <br /> Public Health Services San Joaquin County <br /> Attn Ms Carol O� <br /> 304 East Weber Airenue, Third floor <br /> Stockton, CaliforniA 95201 <br /> Subject: (Revised) RC-ceptor Survey Relative to Joe's Truck Stop, at 15600 South Harlan <br /> Road, Lathrop, California. <br /> Ms Oz <br /> Pursuant to your request, Avalon Environmental Consultants (Avalon) has completed a <br /> receptor survey in preparation for a Groundwater Assessment and Monitoring Well Installation <br /> at Joe's Truck Stop at 15600 South Harlan Road in Lathrop, County of San Joaquin, California <br /> The receptor survey consisted of identifying any domestic, municipal, agricultural, industrial <br /> and any other wells within a radius of 2,000 feet from the subject property This included <br /> contacting the Department of Water Resources, municipal suppliers and any other nearby <br /> industries to search for wells In addition, the survey included a physical search of the area <br /> to locate wells, conduits or other receptor risks Attached are copies of the well logs provided <br /> by the State of California Department of Water Resources, a map showing a 2,000 foot radius <br /> of the subject property, and maps showing nearby underground utilities such as water sewer, <br /> and storm drains which was provided by the City of Lathrop Department of Public Works <br /> Based upon the information reviewed and the physical search of the area, no domestic or <br /> commercial wells were identified within a radius of 2,000 feet of the subject property The <br /> underground utilities (receptor risks) are included in maps showing water, sewer, and storm <br /> drains Please note that the 2000 foot radios is shown on all maps, and that well number three <br /> located in the south east corner of the utility maps has been abandoned according to the City <br /> of Lathrop <br /> I <br />
