COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor's Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 .4) <br /> b.
