If the soil test indicates that the bio-remediation <br /> land farming technique will be successful, a subsequent test will <br /> be taken as shown on the correction schedule of this report. <br /> Testing will continue until October 15, 1990 or until such time as <br /> m the diesel level in the contaminated soil reaches a non-concern <br /> level. If at any time during the testing process the soil diesel <br />'I contamination is demonstrated to be at levels of non concern, the <br /> County will seek approval to dispose of it in the landfill. It <br /> would probably be used as daily cover material for refuse. <br /> CFAILURE OF REMEDIATION PLAN <br /> If the testing suggests failure of the technique, the fertilization <br /> rate will be adjusted and further testing will be done per the plan <br /> I r <br />( lo schedule.
