The Health District has no conditions to impose at <br /> this application stage ; however, future development <br /> will have Health District conditions or requirement-- <br /> pertaining <br /> equirementspertaining to the prevision of water and sewage . <br /> SU-89-25 <br /> In the event that this application is approved, it is requested <br /> that the following conditions be made a part of this approval . <br /> 1 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . <br /> a . A test well will be required to meet the <br /> following : <br /> 1 . Water quality tested to meet Title 22 , CCR <br /> ( Safe Drinking Water Act) . <br /> 2 . Water quantity tested to show adequate <br /> source . <br /> 3 . Results approved by the Health District and <br /> County Public Works prior to recordation of <br /> the final map . <br /> 4 . Obtain all required permits . <br /> 2 . Submit plans for approval by the Health District for a <br /> sewage treatment plant or a sewage disposal system for <br /> the entire development . The plans must be designed by <br /> a Registered Engineer . <br /> 3 . Obtain discharge requirements from the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board , Central Valley <br /> Region, prior to development . Sewage system can only <br /> be used for domestic-type waste only unless <br /> specifically authorized by the Regional Board . <br />
