The objective of this
investigation is to determine the lateral and vertical extent of hydrocarbon-impacted soil west of the
former gasoline underground storage tank (UST) area. Initially, the scope of work includes the
advancement of one soil probe boring, the collection of soil samples and sampling of the on-site
domestic water well.
A preliminary site investigation was performed by AGE in December 1995. Details of the initial
investigation were included in the Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report (PIER) dated
26 February 1996, prepared by AGE. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 - Location
Map. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2 -Site Plan.
This Work.PIan Addendum is prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health
Services-Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality
Control Board guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites.
2.0.
