(AGE) has <br /> prepared this Work Plan Addendum for 2421 Holly Drive in Tracy, California (the site). The <br /> location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> The work is performed in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (FHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The historical information for the site including the results of the installation and sampling of the <br /> three ground water monitoring wells at the site was presented in the Preliminary Investigation and <br /> Evaluation Report (PIER) dated 16 October 1996. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Flood Control Department, the historical depth to ground <br /> water in the northern Tracy area near the site has remained above 10 feet below surface grade (bsg). <br /> During the UST removal in 1988, water was encountered at a nine feet bsg.
