I've asked Jordan to try to repair the
traffic box this week.Jordan didn't mention the cap. I'll remind him to check on that too.
From: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH] fmailto:gagonzalez(alsicehd.com]
Sent: Friday, May 22, 2015 10:59 AM
To: Bill Cook
Subject: 1810 E Hazelton Ave., Stockton - Drums and MW-2
Hi Bill,
Last Friday, 5/15/2015, 1 attended the groundwater monitoring event held at the subject site. I noticed that the waste
drums stored onsite had non-hazardous labels that had no information filled in. In addition, MW-2 was missing both
bolts and contained stagnant water. I communicated this to Condor personnel onsite that day. I saw today that these
items have not yet been addressed, and saw one drum is missing a cap. Photos taken today are attached to this email.
Please let me know the status or plans to address the aforementioned items.
Thank you,
Gabriel Gonzalez, REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton,California 95205
Phone: (209)468-3442
Email: gagonzalez@sicehd.com
2
