To complete a two to four month extended SVE/IAS interim remediation phase of work. <br /> 2. Existing well will be utilized to complete the extended remediation and evaluated the effective of a <br /> long term system operation. <br /> 3. SVE-1 B and MW-1 will be utilized as SVE wells. <br /> 4. The AS-1 well will be utilized to perform air injection/sparging into the saturated zone to enhance <br /> ground water remediation in the source area. <br /> 5. Appropriate soil vapor and ground water monitoring and sampling will be conducted during the <br /> remediation period. <br /> 6. A report of findings will be prepared and submitted to the EHD following the completion of the <br /> interim remediation phase of work and it should include conclusions and recommendations. <br /> 7. Continued groundwater monitoring, sampling, and reporting must be performed until the Site is <br /> closed with no further action required. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> You must apply for and secure all required permits to completed construction and operation of the <br /> proposed interim remediation system. <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board "Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations For <br /> Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites' along with its"Appendix A" should be <br /> used as guidance documents.
