TAIT Environmental Management, Inc ' Environmental Engineering Compliance 5 July 13, 2000 Ms Kerry Wassow San Joaquin County ' Facilities Management Division 1722 East Scotts Avenue Stockton, CA 95205 ' SUBJECT: Well Receptor Survey (2,000 foot radius) for the San Joaquin County Motor Pool Facility (SITE) Located at 1810 East Hazelton Avenue in the City of Stockton, California Dear Ms Wassow In response to the letter dated May 16, 2000, requesting a 2,000 foot radius well receptor survey for the above referenced SITE, Tait Environmental Management, Inc (TEM) has compiled the following information for the San Joaquin County, Facilities Management Division Information obtained from the State of California Department of Water Resources (DWR) reports that there are currently two (2) wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the SITE Well No 0lN06E12G0lM is located approximately 1,000 feet east of the SITE, the second well (No 01 N06E 12101 M) is located approximately 1,500 feet southwest of the SITE The most current well survey information provided by the DWR is presented to Table I and well locations are shown to Figure 1 Table 1 P k Q1I Na.
