The sample(s)was assigned to Certificate of Analysis <br /> No.(s) 9809326 and analyzed for all parameters as listed on the chain of custody. <br /> Samples "S-10" (SPL ID:H9-9809326-10) was analyzed for Volatile Organic Compounds using <br /> SW-846 Method 8260. The recovery of surrogate Toluene-d8 was outside the QC limits due to <br /> matrix interference. The sample was analyzed at a dilution and the surrogate was recovered within <br /> the QC limits, confirming the matrix interference. <br /> f : s Sample"S-1" (SPL ID:H9-9809326-01)was randomly selected to be used as a matrix spiked sample <br /> for SW-846 Method 8020. The recoveries of Ethylbenzene, m,p-Xylene and o-Xylene in the matrix <br /> spike wcrim,,outside the advisory QC limits. A Laboratory Control Sample was analyzed with the QC <br /> batch(HP_S980914122700).
