The sample(s) was assigned to Certificate of Analysis <br /> No.(s) 9808718 and analyzed for all parameters as listed on the chain of custody. <br /> Sample "MW-8 6-6.5" (SPL ID.-H9-9807718-01) was randomly selected to be used as a matrix <br /> spiked sample for SW-846 Method 8020. The recovery of Benzene in the matrix spike duplicate was <br /> outside the advisory QC limits. A Laboratory Control Sample was analyzed with the QC batch <br /> (M_0980821102300). The recovery of all analytes in the LCS was within the mandatory QC Limits, <br /> validating the batch. <br /> �. Sample"MW-12 411.5"(SPL 1D:H9-9808718-06)was analyzed for Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, <br /> Total Xylenes and MtBE by SW-846 Methods 8020 and 8260. The results from both analyses are <br /> reported on the enclosed Certificates of Analysis. The results from the 8020 analysis include positive <br /> hits for above the PQL for Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Total Xylenes. The results from the <br /> 8260 have no positive hits above the PQL for Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene, Total Xylenes. The <br /> raw data from both analyses were reviewed. The raw data from the 8260 analysis indicated that the <br /> listed analytes were present at levels below the PQL. The discrepancy in concentration between the <br /> two Methods of analysis is most likely due to non-homgeneity of the sample and the small aliqouts <br /> used for analysis. <br /> Any data flag or quality control exception associated with this report will be footnoted in the <br /> analytical results page(s) or the quality control summary page(s). <br /> If you have any questions or comments pertaining to this data report, please do not hesitate to contact <br /> me.
