The conditions imposed by the Local Health District were made a part <br /> of the approval : <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum <br /> sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> 2. An Improvement Plan must be approved showing the location of the well <br /> and sewage disposal area prior to the recording of the final map. <br /> 3.
