Patterson Pass Road, Tracy) <br /> A Minor Subdivision (MS) application has been approved by the Planning Division on <br /> October 8, 1986 for the above referenced premise. The following conditions imposed <br /> by the Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Local Health District on Parcel A. <br /> 2. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test, soil profile <br /> and a minimum sewage disposal area are required on Parcel A for Local <br /> Health District approval . A permit for the percolation test from the <br /> Health District is required. <br /> 3.
