Van Allen Road, Escalon). <br /> A Minor-subdivision application was approved by the Planning Department on October <br /> 1, 1986 for the above referenced premise. The following conditions imposed by <br /> the Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance #549. A <br /> percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br /> required for Local Health District approval . A permit <br /> for the percolation test is required from the Health <br /> District. <br /> Since approval of the Minor subdivision permit included San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District conditions, you are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met <br /> prior to utilization of the approved land use. <br /> If the decision is appealed to the Board of Supervisors , the filing of the appeal <br /> stays the issuance of the Minor subdivision permit or any other permits until the <br /> appeal has been decided by the Board. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, contact Donna Heran, R.S. , of my <br /> staff in the Manteca office at (209) 823-7104, between the hours of 8:00 and 9:00 A.M. , <br /> Monday through Friday. <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.
