December 10, 2019 <br />DESCRIPTION OF AREA TO BE ADDED TO THE MOKELUMNE ACRES MAINTENANCE <br />DISTRICT TAX ROLL (JENNINGS PROPERTY) <br />A portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North, Range 6 East, Mount <br />Diablo Base and Meridian, also being the parcel labeled as "Not a Part" as shown upon that <br />certain Parcel Map filed for record December 14, 1994, in Book 19 of Parcel Maps, at Page <br />174, San Joaquin County Records, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Chestnut Street (60 -foot wide) and <br />the centerline of Augusta Street (60 -foot wide); thence along said centerline of Augusta <br />Street North 780 59' 20" West, 304.10 feet; thence continuing along said centerline along a <br />tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 600.00 feet, a chord bearing North 83° 52'40" <br />West, 102.27 feet, through a central angle of 09° 46'40", an arc length of 102.39 feet to a <br />point of tangency; thence North 01 ° 14' 00" East, 30.00 feet to a point on the north right-of- <br />way line of Augusta Street, said point being on the boundary of the Mokelumne Acres <br />Maintenance District and being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; (1) thence along said <br />District boundary and north right-of-way line of Augusta Street North 880 46' 00" West, 127.04 <br />feet; (2) thence continuing along said District boundary North 02° 52' 00" East, 120.01 feet; <br />(3) thence continuing along said District boundary South 880 46' 00" East, 175.80 feet; (4) <br />thence continuing also said District boundary South 11° 00' 40" West, 122.52 feet to said <br />north right-of-way line of Augusta Street; (5) thence along said north right-of-way line and <br />continuing along said District boundary along a curve to the left having a radial bearing of <br />South 04° 05' 16" West, a radius of 630.00 feet, a chord bearing North 87° 20' 22" West, <br />31.38 feet, through a central angle of 020 51' 16", an arc length of 31.38 feet to the POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 0.46 acre, more or less. <br />APPROVED AS TO DESCRIPTION: <br />County Surveyor <br />By: <br />ames E.
