Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff, customer and all <br /> existing and proposed onsite wastewater treatment use shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system <br /> usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 2) Submit revised site plans to the Environmental Health Department showing the location and <br /> configuration of all existing OWTS along with the area required to be reserved for future <br /> sewage disposal repair/replacement (area for 100% sewage disposal replacement). In <br /> addition, show all structures and paved areas in the disposal field area. The disposal field <br /> may need to be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> 3) All Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) must comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) and current OWTS standards. <br /> a) The disposal field is currently being driven over and used for a parking area. No leach <br /> line shall be under concrete, pavement, or be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. (San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards, Section <br /> 9.5.4). <br /> b) Only domestic sewage is allowed to discharge into the OWTS. No basement, footing or <br /> surface drainage or discharge from water softener, iron filter, pool filters, or water <br /> treatment systems shall be permitted to enter any part of the OWTS (San Joaquin County <br /> OWTS Standards 1.10.1). <br /> c) Prohibited discharges into OWTS include: automobile and garage waste, storm drainage, <br /> solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, kitchen wastewater from restaurant or bar, air <br /> conditioners, hazardous wastes, backwash, truck terminal wastes, recreational vehicle <br /> 1868 E.
