The proposed facility would receive stacks of corrugated paper, cut the stacks into standard and custom sizes, glue and print the individual cut sheets and then ship the finished paper packaging product to the customer. The proposed facility intends to operate a single shift of thirty (30) employees Monday through Friday. The operation anticipates forty (40) vehicle trips per day. Access to the facility is on the south side of the terminal end of Budweiser Court. Sewer, and storm water services are provided by County Service Agency-15. Water is provided by the California Water Company. This property is not under a Williamson Act contract. (Use Type: General Industrial-Limited) The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of North Sunrise Street at the western terminus of East Heil Street, Victor. (APN/Address: 101-180-23, -24, & -36/3932 East Budweiser Court, Stockton) (Supervisorial District.- 4) istrict:4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Negative Declaration for this project as described. San Joaquin County has determined through the Initial Study that there is no substantial evidence that the project may have a significant effect on the environment. The Negative Declaration and Initial Study can be viewed on the Community Development Department website at www.sjgov.org/commdev under Active Planning Applications. APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community Development Department no later than March 5, 2020. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date may not be considered in staffs analysis.
