The facility will be unmanned and accessible twenty- <br /> four hours per day, seven days per week; located on the east side of South El Dorado <br /> Street, 1,105 feet south of French Camp Road,French Camp. (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Jamail Singh Tut APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 7130 S.El Dorado Street,French Camp APN: 193-070-07 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> The site is within the Phase 2 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> Harlan Road has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> El Dorado Street has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84- <br /> 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The applicant shall provide and operational analysis for truck and vehicle movements. The analysis <br /> shall include ingress and egress using the largest proposed vehicle,truck or trailer and include <br /> movements through the site. <br /> 2) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 3) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment.
