CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-96-30 <br /> Wlecterrich <br /> Lot line Adjustment Application No. LA-96-30 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Devetopmeot Department on August 5, 1996, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on February 4, 1998,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot ;.lne Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> t. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEP EMENT' <br /> a. A "Notice of Loi Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions snail be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBUC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, bul if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid operlaps <br /> cr gaps. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Weils must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> (1) The irrigation well on each parcel must be repaired by eliminating the existing <br /> cross-connections with either an air gap or a backflow device approved by San <br /> Joaquin County. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap ror baciflow <br /> prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe but <br /> not less than six inches.
