In addition,an existing 19,872 square foot building will be utilized for indoor cultivation and manufacturing <br /> (a portion of the building will remain in use with an existing winery); an existing 13,226 square foot building will be utilized <br /> for distribution; an existing 19,296 square foot building of which a portion will be utilized for product testing and quality <br /> control; an existing 3,000 square foot building will be utilized for storage and restrooms; and an 1,860 square foot building <br /> will be utilized for a security office. <br /> Phase 2 includes the construction of an additional thirty-seven (37) 6,600 square foot greenhouses for indoor cultivation. <br /> The project is proposing to operate twenty-four(24) hours per day, seven (7)days per week. The site is served by private <br /> water, septic system and on-site storm drainage. <br /> The Property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/G (General Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of East Locke Road, 3,347 feet southwest of North Highway <br /> 88, Lockeford.
