2012 Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan <br /> FormerNestl6 USA, Inc.Facility November 8, 2012 <br /> twenty samples. A trip blank will be submitted with each cooler containing samples for volatile <br /> organic compound (VOC) analysis. <br /> All samples will be placed in laboratory-supplied containers and labeled in the field. Each <br /> container will be packed in a plastic ice chest with sufficient ice to maintain 4°C 12°C during <br /> transport to the laboratory. Sample chain-of-custody forms will accompany all samples from <br /> field to laboratory. <br /> 5 IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE <br /> After approval of this Work Plan, which is anticipated in November 2012, ECM will apply for the <br /> requisite permits. To allow for sufficient time to receive the SJCEHD permits, schedule the <br /> SJCEHD inspections, and meet with the City of Ripon Engineering Department for a field siting <br /> of the proposed wells in the ROWs, ECM anticipates implementing the Work Plan in January <br /> 2013 <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
