FINDINGS REQUIRED • • APPROVAL <br /> (STAFF USE ONLY) <br /> Prior to approving an application for a Minor Subdivision, the County <br /> must make the following findings : <br /> 1 . The proposed map is consistent with applicable General and <br /> Specific Plans because <br /> 2 . The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is con- <br /> sistent with applicable General and Specific Plans because <br /> 3 . The site is physically suitable for the type of development <br /> because <br /> 4 . The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of <br /> development because <br /> 5 . The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not <br /> likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially <br /> and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat because <br /> 6 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements are not <br /> likely to cause serious public health problems because <br /> 7 . The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not <br /> conflict with easements acquired by the public at large for <br /> access through or use of the property within the proposed <br /> subdivision unless it is found that alternate easements for access <br /> or for use will be provided and that these will be substantially <br /> equivalent to ones previously acquires by the public because <br /> Minor Subdivision - 3 - ( 4/86 ) <br />
