See
the Department of Pubic Works "Conditions of Approval . "
FACILITIES/SERVICES :
Sewage Disposal :
The project site is located outside the boundary of the East
Stockton Sanitary Sewer Project . "
Storm Drainage:
Storm drainage is terminal and will be directed to an existing
storm drainage pond abutting to the southwest . The Department
of Public Works notes that State permits from the Reclamation
Board and the Water Quality Control Boad are required.
Further , they recommend that a County Service Area be formed
prior to the acceptance of the final map to provide for the
operation and maintenance of the storm drainage and street
lighting facilities .
