All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> b. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an Agreement with the County of San Joaquin which <br /> will insure the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) <br /> year after filing the Final Map . <br /> c . Wilson Way Court , as shown on the map, is over the <br /> 600-foot maximum length provided by County Ordinance, and <br /> it requires Planning Commission approval . If approved by <br /> the Planning Commission, Wilson Way Court shall be dedi- <br /> cated and constructed to County standards for an 84-foot <br /> industrial street , including Portland Cement concrete <br /> curb, gutter, and sidewalk. <br /> d. Frontage improvements are required on Wilson Way to half <br /> of the 100-foot arterial road standard, which includes <br /> pavement widening, curb, gutter, and sidewalk. <br /> e . Access shall be restricted to Wilson Way for Parcels 2 , 6 , <br /> 7 , and 8 . <br /> f . Public sewer, water supply, and storm water drainage <br /> systems shall be provided throughout the subdivision. <br /> g. Terminal drainage shall be provided. On-site drainage <br /> shall be collected in a closed conduct system and <br /> discharged directly to the storm drain pond ( lots shall <br /> not be designed to drain over the curb) . State permits <br /> from the Reclamation Board and the Water Quality Control <br /> Board are required. <br /> h. The developer shall provide a public water system which is <br /> to be served by the California Water Company or the City <br /> of Stockton. <br /> i . The developer shall provide a public sewer system which is <br /> to be served by the City of Stockton. There is no excess <br /> capacity in the East Stockton Sewer Project to service <br /> this development at this time . <br />
