Curtis <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE #11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi, California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject: Percolation Tests (Parcel Map No. MS-87-16) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of two percola- <br /> tion tests performed on the Joseph Perry property located on <br /> Lammers Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, State of California, <br /> and is a portion of Section 31, T.2 S. , R.5 E. , M.D.B. & M. <br /> The planned improvement proposes to separate out two 1.5 <br /> Acre parcels, Parcel A and Parcel B from a larger agricultural <br /> parcel for homesites. <br /> The tests were performed in accordance with the percolation <br /> test procedures outlined in Ithe "Manual of Septic Tank Practice", <br /> published by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, <br /> and per requirements of the San Joaquin County Health District. <br /> Engineer' s Certificate: <br /> On June 24 and 25 , 1987, two percolation tests were rerun <br /> on the above referenced property under my direction in confor- <br /> mance with San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549. These two tests replace <br /> in their entirety the two run and reported on in the April 28 <br /> and 29, 1987, Percolation Report. The approximate location of <br /> the holes are shown on the accompanying Supplement Parcel De- <br /> tail Map. <br /> A percolation rate of 30 minutes per inch for Parcel A <br />
