Reeve- Road <br /> USE: Minor subdivision <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test, 10 foot soil <br /> profile and a minimum sewage disposal area are requiref for Local Health <br /> District approval . A permit for the percolation test from the Health <br /> District is required. <br /> 2. Following notation to be recorded on the final map: The location of the <br /> required disposal field and domestic well site is to be approved by the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District at the time of issuance of a building <br /> permit and shall meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 549 and #1862. <br /> 3. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under a Sanitation Permit <br /> and inspection by the Local Health District prior to occupancy. <br /> 4.
